2008/09 Affordable Housing Project Pre-Approval Guidelines
Homes or projects that meet all the minimum requirements may qualify under the Affordable Housing incentive provision of LIPA’s New York ENERGY STAR® Homes Program for an incentive totaling 150% of the current LIPA New York ENERGY STAR® Homes Incentives for the applicable incentive Tier achieved.
